Independent Living Advisor - Aged Care

Electra Services is a wholly owned subsidiary business of Electra Limited headquartered in Levin but operating nationally. We are a dynamic company that operates in the market under the Securely brand, with focus across 3 main areas:

  • Aging in place and independent living
  • Smart homes and security
  • Lone worker and safety

To meet our growth ambitions, we are seeking a talented and empathetic sales professional with an ambition to focus on our independent living and lone worker solutions and grow a territory through direct conversations with your customers. This is a role for a person who sees themselves as a connector, someone that is keen to get out there and make sales day in and day out by building long term relationships across the aged and health sectors.

You'll be someone with great self-awareness, resilience, and you'll be a caring and empathetic relationship builder who wants to own their territory and run it like their own. We'll provide you with a solid customer base along with a constant supply of warm leads to keep you busy and grow your patch.

And of course, you'll have a good balance of drive and ambition to operate independently, knowing you have a fantastic customer care and support team behind you, as you:

  • Manage your customer facing activities to achieve territory growth targets;
  • Create a network of influencers and referrers through regular connection and presentations;
  • Maintain a map of your activities through our CRM;
  • Proactively respond to customer requests and enquiries
  • Build your portfolio through lead generation and closing the deal

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales in a health-related environment;
  • Proven capability to generate new business and build strong relationships with customers;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; and
  • Ownership and self-drive, with the determination to succeed
  • A customer focused approach and a passion to innovate the healthcare sector
