Our business provides response and monitoring for commercial and residential security alarms, personal medical alarms along with fault services on the Electra network. As the need for our services multiplies, so does the need for switched on, mature of mind customer service superstars, to join us, on a full-time and part-time, permanent basis in Levin.

We are a team that operate across a 24/7 roster, we take our role extremely seriously and are available to meet the needs of our customers, day and night. We enjoy the flexibility that a roster like this brings.

What you'd do as our newest Response Team member:

  • Delight our customers over the phone and be a supportive team player
  • Monitor commercial and residential alarms
  • Respond to medical alarm activations
  • Dispatch guard and emergency services
  • Work with our Electra and netowrk contractors
  • Multi task, prioritise and work well in high pressured environments.

As this is a fast-paced reactive role, you must be able to think quickly on your feet and come up with reliable solutions. You have excellent listening and communication skills, are empathetic towards customers, sometimes in distressing situations and put those people at the forefront of all you do.
